You may have seen other agencies on social media promoting incentives for their models. It's a great idea and they offer some pretty nice prizes! We also offer rewards to our models, we just do it with a bit of a twist.
So let's cut the BS! Do you really need an incentive to earn more credits? I'm going to guess and say that you already have a fair bit of your own incentive to earn some extra money, otherwise why would you be here? All those extra outgoings, kids birthdays, car M.O.T, vet bill, rising energy prices, phone bills.. the list could go on and on. So do you really need us to say "Hey, if you earn 3000 credits for 2 months.. you could win a spa day" I mean, sure, who doesn't love a spa day? You will certainly see a few of them in our rewards scheme, but I have a feeling that won't be the driving force behind you trying to raise your earning potential on cam.
So how are we different?
It's really quite simple. We are not target driven.
One of the rewards we offer (and there are quite a few) is model of the month. But, this doesn't always go to the highest earner of that month. We recognise your loyalty, honesty and hard work. We also recognise it when our models just deserve a little something extra and not because they racked up more credits than anyone else. Maybe we have seen that you are extra supportive in the group chat? or that you have gone over and above to help another model out? We look at all of your qualities and reward you for those.
I am not saying that high earners won't be rewarded, of course you will. It takes time and determination to hit those big targets. Some of you will be an absolute natural on cam, others it may take you that little bit longer to get to grips with it all.
