What are Credits?

Everything is worked out in credits. A user will buy credits and you will earn credits.  The amount of credits you earn will depend on whether you are in group or private mode.

To keep it simple 1 credit = £1

When you first start we will set up the amount you charge per minute within the two different paid modes on cam.

Group Mode

The amount per minute for group is 1.25. This can sometimes be more profitable than private, even though the price per minute is lower. You can have up to eight people in your group and if you manage to keep them there for 30 minutes, your total for that 30 minutes would be 300 credits. Your percentage would be £150... for 30 minutes!! Ca ching !!

Private Mode

The amount per minute in private when you first start is set at 2.99. Private mode is where you are talking to someone one on one.  Although you can earn more by keeping a full group, there are a lot of big spenders that would prefer to have a private conversation with you.  There will also be things that you may not want to do in front of a group but would be happy to do for one of your regulars in private. Whenever you are in private mode, you are earning £1.49 per minute.. Just to give you and idea of how profitable being a webcam model is, the highest bracket of minimum wage per hour works out at 14p per minute.

When you are online and earning money you will see the total amount of credits you have earned in various places on the site.  If you wish to view your credit statement, log in to your Adultwork account and go to My details, credits and select credit statement. Here you will see a full statement of your credits earned.

When looking at your credit totals you need to remember that a percentage of that is held by both the streaming site and our agency fee.  So the best way to understand it is you have earned in pounds, half of your total credits.  I will say at this point, that is not set in stone.  We do increase earning percentages as part of our rewards schemes.  We start you on 50% but the more you do, the more this percentage can increase.

As explained in our FAQ section, credits are transferred from AdultWork every Tuesday.  They take two weeks to transfer to us and as soon as we receive your transfer, we will pay you. Your first weeks earnings on cam will be paid two weeks later, if you continue to work every week then you will be paid every Tuesday by 6pm. You must earn at least 50 credits in order for your credits to be transferred and the cut off is usually around lunch time on a Monday.

There are many ways you can earn extra credits. You can ask for tips for certain things within your time on cam.  For example, someone may prefer a certain look and ask if you can change your outfit.. This takes time so be sure to ask for a tip first!
